4 Stars iPod shuffle
I love this little iPod. It’s so small I can put it anywhere. I do have a problem getting any headphones to stay connected to it though. I have to hold them in or I keep getting interrupted music. I thought it was only the original ones that came with it but the second pair I bought are doing the same thing.

this ipod is ok it does deserve all 5 stars I must admit it will make a great first ipod for alot of people who like music.
2 Stars IPOD Shuffle
For the price I paid, I could have gotton one at Walmart for $10 more, brand new. The one from Amazon (O$CAR) did not come with headphones or a docking station, and was dented in. The Ipod came in the mail by its shipping date. I had to go to the store to purchase headphones and a docking station separately for another $28. I couldn’t get the Ipod to upload music from my computer. I became frustrated, wrote an irate email to the seller, and found a similar item on Craigslist for $35, with headphones and docking station, which has performed perfrectly. I returned the items I purchased that did not come with the Ipod I bought from Amazon to offset the cost of the device, I have been reluctant to make any further purchases from Amazon.
5 Stars Excellent ! Love it….
I bought this specifically for the gym, using either a treadmill or elliptical. I don’t wear an Ipod weight training. The size is excellnt, so small you don’t even know your wearing it, I just clip in on my shorts pocket.
I didn’t buy the 3rd generation because of the poor reviews involving headphone/earplug control failure due to moisture from sweat. Also the fact you can’t use a different pair of earplugs which I do becasue I like mine better.
It does just what I wanted it to do, I can load up a bunch of songs & changing songs and volume is simple even while running. I also don’t see why some people have a problem with the small dockinig station to recharge it. It just becomes part of my routine, come home from the gym, take it out of my gymbag with other stuff, plug it into the docking station attached to the USB on the computer, and it’s gets recharged eventually before the next day. I’m always online in the evening, so it’s never a problem, besides there are other charging options available if you wanted them.
I think this is an excellent product for what it is…. Not a lot of bells & whistles….. Just a small simple Ipod for active people.
