Controls

5 Stars Great budget ipod!
This ipod is great. It’s small and clips anywhere. I use it daily for workouts and/or jogs. The only thing that I can say negative about it is that it doesn’t hold enough music. This could have been solved by buying the 2GB model. Or you could buy the new shuffle, which came out only a few weeks after I purchased this one.

Although this is a great 2nd MP3 (or AAC player to be exact) the current Amazon price is too high. Right now, probably until the stock exhausts, the player is on sale at the Apple.com store site for only $50.00. This is a fun little player! I use it every chance I get. Ihave no idea how long the battery lasts. Sometimes I don’t charge it for two weeks. Great sound.

4 Stars Happy with my Shuffle.
For my purposes the Ipod Shuffle is great. I love the size and convenience of it. I do not like the earbuds. I can’t keep them in my ears. I also wish you could charge it without having to have it plugged into a computer.
5 Stars Perfect for what it was made for
I am very pleased with the quality and performance of this little shuffle. It does EXACTLY what it was made to do, shuffle music and be tiny with an awesome little clip. No armband needed while being active or exercising. For any other use, this is too simple as it’s not meant to be navigated for your favorite song but rather to “shuffle”. If you want something less simple, try the ipod touch or nano/ect. (Personally I love my ipod touch G2 for everything else and use my shuffle for running/exercise) I purchased my shuffle refurbed from Apple and am VERY pleased with the quality and performance. Another excellent example of a quality MP3 Player for those of us tired of cheap players that fall below expectations. (and I have owned my share of non-apple MP3 players over the years before deciding to bite the bullet and buy Apple ipods. I won’t go back. Proud owner of an itouch and a shuffle as is my hubby. Daughter adores her new Nano)

None for me as it solidly performs exactly as described and fits my needs without a flaw. If you purchase this with that in mind, you will be pleased.
Earphones are typical apple that fail to impress and I have upgraded to the Etymotic Research ER6i Isolator In-Ear Earphones that amazon sells at a great price. Outstanding with both of my ipods!
